"Visiting from Connecticut, USA. The best part of my stay was the staff. Miguel at the Front Desk was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to accommodate us. Ary and Lola at the dining area were great. The hotel needs update on the key lock and other amenities. I will give the 5 star for the nice staff they have, and for the cleaness. Not so much for the hotel appearance. "

table. Only reason my review is 4/5 and not 5 stars is a cleaner woke me up, knocking on the door, 1 day too early, thinking I was checking out that day. I actually was checking out the day after. This was a genuine mistake and after a bit of back and forth (language barrier) she eventually understand. "

"I chose the place because it was walking distance to the site of the Madrid Open tennis tournament. Otherwise the location is kind of suburban, not exciting. The hotel is nice, like a tall, industrial-looking motel (all the rooms face directly outside). The rooms have fancy stuff, like remote-controlled window blinds. Nice, spacious, clean rooms, equipped even with washing machines (and a clothes rack). The breakfast was pretty good, not amazing, not bad. It's good in that there aren't many...

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Hard Rock Madrid. We stayed for 3 nights and found it was close enough to the main strip to be convenient. It’s just over the road from the Reina Sofia gallery, Retiro Park and the metro stop (Estación de Arte). Some reviews said the area immediately around isn’t great but we thought it was fine, it didn’t seem sketchy. The hotel itself had nice little touches like USB ports by the bed to charge our phones, cool art, decent hairdryer and shower etc. In our room...
