"Our stay at Casa Chameleon in Las Catalinas was nothing short of spectacular. If your looking for something very intimate, relaxing & secluded this is where you want to be. From the moment we arrived, the staff at reception were incredibly welcoming & helpful throughout our entire 2 week stay! All the staff on site were absolutely exceptional!! We celebrated both our 30th anniversary & my husband’s birthday & the staff went above & beyond to make these both very memorable!❤️ Our room was spotless, clean & very comfortable. The view from our room, Danta 2 was nothing but SPECTACULAR!!! 🥰 The ocean view was incredible! Dining at Sentido Norte - Breakfast included fresh fruit & freshly baked pastries, great start to your day. Staff was very accommodating to alter menu items Eg: Derryk very much enjoyed his steak & eggs! The food was all excellent!! Once again the staff was exceptional! If I had to provide any complaints it would be to provide a stool of some sort in the shower. It would make shaving your legs less challenging! Thank you to all the staff, I know it makes it a lot more personal of a review to name specific staff members but we can honestly say all the staff were remarkable! You guys honestly made Derryk & I have a vacation to remember with amazing memories! We will be back!! Derryk & Penny❤️ "

"Received a free upgrade to beachfront. Relaxing to ocean waves reading on balcony. Staff are wonderful and super attentive."

"It was a very nice resort. Everything is easy walking distance. They do have a shuttle if you do not want to walk. Very close to the beach. Not a big beach but it is nice. It you want a massage their are people on the beach to do it plus if you want to do a tour there is someone on the beach who can arrange them. They are much cheaper than the hotel tours. Food was good and specialty restaurants were very good. Two pools and they were very nice. They have activitives arranged throughout the day for things to do. Leaving the resort is a little costly. Uber is the cheapest but can make arrangements through the hotel or on the beach if you want to go somewhere. Cocoa Beach is not too far and is ver nice and tours can be arrange there also. Shop around for tours to get your best deal from the above places. Airport about 1/2 hour away. "

"The property is beautiful and very well maintained. The food at the buffet was good and had a decent variety each day. The biggest downside is that they did not replenish the buffet as much as needed. At dinner, the main protein was out and my husband asked how long it would be to bring more. The woman behind the counter seemed agitated and told him 5 minutes. He decided to wait and a few minutes later another person asked how long and the woman told them 10 minutes. My husband ended up getting something else, but it just seems the buffet was not being managed well that night. The rest of our trip it was fine and the specialty restaurants are even better! The beach is tranquil with soft sand and gentle waves. The spa was incredibly relaxing and I had a fantastic massage followed by the dry and wet saunas. We took a taxi to Tamarindo (30 minutes) so my husband could surf. It is a cute town and very safe. Definitely recommend checking it out. Overall we were very impressed with the resort and would definitely return. "
