Family vacation

Beautiful property, excellent communication with the owner, we will look to stay again. Can’t fault anything, lovely, relaxing, nice pool, great beaches nearby. We miss it already.

Very well equipped in all aspects and extra large pool.

Fans and air conditioning, good WiFi and huge range of TV/ DVD/ internet/ games console ,even Bluetooth speaker & a cold water dispenser. Walking distance to the beach ,Will definitely book to stay again in the future.

Just superb...

We had an amazing holiday in this beautiful villa. Everything you need is here. The beach is just a 5 min stroll and the pool is just what you need to cool down in this heat. Paul, Pops, Carol and Bernie.

Beautiful Villa in great location

We had a lovely 2 week stay in this beautiful Villa, the villa was lovely and clean on arrival with clean towels laid out on each bed, we had a little welcome pack left of tea, coffee, milk, bread and water which was really appreciated as we arrived late. The pool was a fab size for our family of 5, the location of the Villa was great for us very close to 2 of the most beautiful beaches - Firemans beach has a lovely little cocktail bar on the top with such a beautiful view, shops and restaurants a few minuets walk away. The kitchen was fully equipped with anything you could possibly need for cooking a family meal. Steve was a lovely host who was very attentive from me booking the villa to us leaving. We enjoyed water sports, boat trips and a trip to the water park. If we get the chance to return to Cyprus again i would hesitate to contact Steve and see if his beautiful villa is available.

Great Villa ! THE place for quiet and fun vacations !

First, thanks a lot to Steve who was so responsive and always took care during our stay ! This is the first time we have stopped at this Villa with my family. We were so positively surprised ! The images represent exactly what you get (and it is even better in reality). The pool is very large ! The largest, I think, compared to all the other villas in the complex. Everything is provided in the Villa, bedding, towels, etc... The electric equipment is great - From TV to DVD, washing machine, toaster, etc... All works great. A safe box is also installed and very very useful while you go out from the Villa. The Villa is very clean and well maintained with great privacy with high fencing and in a very very quiet location - exactly what we searched for. 5 min walk from a quiet beach and 10 min walk from local workshops. If you want some water sports, you can go 20 min walk (3 min in car) to the other beach in Kapparis or to Protaras or Ayia Napa. If you don't take car, you have bus station 5 min walk from the Villa to Paralimni Center or Protaras. The beach there is fanstastic ! Bottom line - We loved the Villa and Cyprus. It was our first time in the Villa but not the last :-)

The property should be better prepared/cleaned for guests visit..

The property is located inside the closed quarter consisting of villas of the same type, so if you intention is to be alone then this option is not for you. Neighbours are very close, just behind the wall and all smells of their grilling are also 'yours'. In overall the property was nicly equiped, hower some cooking pans and catles are not usable anymore. No one door (incl. badrooms and WCs) has the key, which made the use of facilities a bit complicated. The same bad condition was for dryer, which was broken and wasn't sufficient for more than 4 people. In addition, the pool evening-light wasn't working, however this is a minor issue comparing to the fact that the territory around the pool wasn't cleaned at all, i.e. there was a lot of sand which finally included into the pool. More over all surfaces outdoors were covered with dust, i.e. these weren't prepered to our visit. The box with different kind of swimming equipment looks like a trash bin than the storing place, i e. many broken stuff

A gem

Well we really found a gem here, we have stayed in few villas in the area and this is the best by far The location is in a really nice spot at the end of a development and very quiet and although a bit further from Kennedy avenue with the restaurants, than we’ve stayed before, the walk is a leisurely 10 minutes. It is a 2 minute walk to lovely scouts beach and 2 mins more to fireman’s cove beach which has a lovely beach restaurant/cafe and our favourite place to sit with a cold drink or morning coffee looking out to sea 😍 The villa itself has everything you need, the kitchen is well stocked, including a welcome pack when we arrived, a lovely touch :) The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless, the shower in the en-suite is fab, which we haven’t found in many other villas. All 3 bedrooms are a good size with plenty of storage, it was just two of us so we had plenty of choice of bedrooms and we changed from the main room as for us the mattress was too soft but in the other rooms were perfect for us, but that would just be preference it wasn’t uncomfortable at all There are really good ceiling fans everywhere, they were a god send and done enough that we didn’t need to use air con during our stay The outside space is really nice, plenty of space to sit around the really good size pool and a lovely rattan sofa area with a canopy over head, as well as table chairs and umbrella Steve was excellent from the minute I booked all through holiday if I needed him he answered straight away and so helpful We had a fantastic time at the villa so peaceful and relaxing and home from home and really didn’t want to leave we could not recommend it enough and we will absolutely stay here again and again and again….. Thank you

Sauberkeit des Hauses lässt zu wünschen. Aufenthalt von Ende Juli bis Anfang August

Haus wurde nur sporadisch gereinigt. Teilweise Haarbüschel in den Ecken und viel Staub, Böden dreckig. Teilweise Geschirr im Schrank noch dreckig. Kakerlaken im Haus und das nicht nur eine. Ausstattung war OK wie in der Beschreibung.

Schöne ruhige Anlage, nettes Haus mit grossem Pool

Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, inkl. guter Internetverbindung. Die gesamte Anlage ist ruhig. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten.

Excellent family stay in great condition

We traveled 5 adults and two kids the youngest 2 1/2 years old We booked a mini van from the airport and he arrived with no trouble We unpacked and made our way in to the villa, everything was there as expected, welcome pack etc... We walked up to the nearest supermarket and bought some bits, was not to far to go. The villa was immaculate, once we got use to the timer buttons on the air-conditioning we managed to relax and take a dip in the pool We had an excellent stay, the whole villa is very well kept and the amenities all worked without issue The pool cleaner came during our time there, made his way to the pool and without delay cleaned and left. The villa is in an excellent location for the beach, there are two nearby that are a short walk If you want a decent supermarket then you either need a car or a taxi. There is a large Metro market which costs about 7 Euro by taxi each way and is well worth the visit because it has everything including, Bar-B-Que needs. No need to say we made one big shop there the next day and lasted us nicely There is a parking area on the property so it is not a problem if you do rent a car The beds were comfortable and the rooms had plenty of space for suitcases and cupboards for storage The bathrooms are standard, no frills, but well maintained and everything works properly. The washing machine was also an excellent advantage when travelling with a small child There are some good restaurants not far from the villa, it is a good idea to get their numbers and book ahead. There is also a really good bakery but that is a drive or a 25/30 minute walk going towards Ayia Napa

Bliss

We have just returned having had a wonderful stay. great location, able to walk to several beaches with ease. Also able to walk to local shops and restaurants. The pool seemed bigger than other villa pools and with 4 adults that was lovely. Having a choice of 3 tables for al fresco dining was good and we certainly made use of the 'rattan' furniture in semi shade. The villa is equipped with all you need. A bonus to have a cold water machine, saves clogging up the fridge with endless bottles of water. Great having air con in all rooms. We were so pleased to find a cool bag in one of the cupboards. All in all a great holiday, a super villa. Thank you. We will return....

Cyprus holiday October 2016

We were a group of 4 adults with a baby. The villa was clean, comfortable and well presented and had everything we required for a relaxed, enjoyable stay. We also own a rental villa and know the pitfalls of providing accommodation for holiday guests with high expectations and the villa did not dissapoint.

Great modern 3 bedroom villa with everything you need including good sized pool.

Lovely modern villa with everything you could need. Nicely furnished with a clean, well equipped kitchen, great wi fi, tv and dvd although you won't have time to watch anything. Pool is great and we certainly needed it to cool off, with plenty of chairs tables and loungers. We also used the bbq twice while there. Great location with a lovely quiet bay just around the corner with beautiful clear water great for snorkeling and sandy beach with sun loungers available. In the morning before it got too hot we would walk around to next bays. Great areas to snorkel from and more sandy coves. Usually we use the car to look for these kinds of beaches but here we had them on the doorstep. Shops and restaurants within walking distance which were very handy but we had a car so stocked up at Metro supermarket and had nights out in Protaras and Paralimni. Recommend a trip to Famagusta to see and hear about the divided island, they pick up in Kapparis. Also visited Nicosia the only remaining divided city. Would recommend this to anyone for a relaxing family holiday. Lovely island and lovely people. Hope to go again.

Fantasic Villa!! Everything you need is provided..

This was the fourth time we have stopped at this Villa with family. Everything you need is provided there from bedding to towels and activities for in or out of the pool. The Villa very private with high fencing and in a quiet location, so very private. Very clean and well maintained, with easy access & location to the local shops which is minutes away. Faliros is a great family restaurant (check out on Trip Advisor) just a 10 min walk from the property, excellent food every time & entertainment on a Thurs/Fri with very friendly staff. If you have hired a car then it is worth a trip to Protaris Beach (10 mins drive away) shops & Bars, or Paralimni now has quite a few big chain shops such as Sports Direct & now Marks & Spencer, so plenty of choice!! If you want to venture further out then book a trip to Water World Theme Park in Ayia Napa (20 mins away) such a great day out for the family. Book your tickets in Protaris its cheaper gives you 4 Euro off each ticket (normally 38 Euro) We love Cyprus!! So will definitely be back soon :)

Fabulous Villa

Once again we had a fantastic time . Villa has all the amenities / extras that one requires when on holiday with the family. This is out 6th time staying at this same villa and we try and have a weeks break once a year. Pool is a great size its fabulous having your own sun lounger and not having to wake up early and "reserve" on like you have to in the hotels especially during school holidays. With the upgrades done to the property especially the outside area being more private this is an added bonus. will definitely be staying here again .. thanks again Christine and Steve for a fabulous memorable holiday .

Villa Poseidon was more than I expected, Wonderful and more..... the pictures online do not sow how lovely the villa is. The pool is just lovely and a good size to be able to swim and was very clean, the pool man comes twice a week to clean the pool. It is very private around the pool area, lovely to have BBQ's and sit in the evening around the pool, plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. Inside the villa was very clean and has everything that you need, nice to wake up early and sit on the balcony with a nice cup of tea! Sky channels, Internet and stereo system for CD's or iPhone. Everything is in walking distance, lovely bars and restaurant in Kapparis, especially Megazaki which is a locals restaurant, plenty to do and the beaches are well kept and local, just a short walk. Protaras is 10 minutes away as well as Aiya Napa but we mainly stayed in Kapparis for a relaxing holiday. We will definitely back next year! Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

Excellent cannot fault it

What a lovely villa, very quiet due to the gates community lots of privacy with the bars just up the road. Well equipped. Preferred firemans beach than the other one, magazaki is the place for a good kebab. Place well equipped every thing you need and. Free welcome pack which was nice. Have booked again . One of the best I have been to.

Restful week in a great villa

Turned up to the villa in the early hours of the morning (pay careful attention to the directions as the street is easy to miss) and was pleasantly surprised to find a clean and well appointed accomodation that did reflect the photos on the owners direct site. Plenty of space for our group of 8 (2 families of 4) across the 3 good sized bedrooms. The open plan living space worked really well for us and the kids and there was plenty of room for us to spread out and not be on top of each other. The kitchen had all the appliances, cutlery and crockery you could wish for and the whole villa was fitted with uk 3 pin sockets! Outside the villa there is plenty of room and a great sized pool. Enough sunbeds for everyone plus table and chairs for dining outside. The BBQ got plenty of use and as it was a gated estate and virtually no traffic you could pass the day and evening by undisturbed. The local beaches are great and within a 2 minute walk - Firemans beach was the better if you like sunbeds and facilities plus this beach was amazing towards the end of the day. If you want it empty and sparse just take a right out of the estate entrance and then there were a string of little coves and untouched beaches along the coast towards famagusta. The local village of kapparis is a 5 or so minute walk away. You'll find plenty of shops, bars and restaurants there - all friendly and welcoming. The places we went to all had great food and cold beer! Further afield do try and go on the Black Pearl pirate trip sailing from the Ayai Napa harbour. Great fun for the kids and adults, includes live entertainment and a heart lunch In all - great location, great facilities, and great villa - will definitely return

First class villa

Enjoyed a great family holiday at the villa,everything you could wish for is supplied. The pool is one of the biggest in the complex. Ideal venue if you want a quite holiday yet only a ten minute drive to the busier areas
