We designed our home with your comfort in mind. We are located within the exclusive gated community of Plumera Mactan. We’re conveniently located on the ground floor — no need for extra stairs & elevators, making it easier to move around with luggages.

• 5-15 minutes’ drive from Mactan Airport, resorts & malls.

• 1 min walk to essential amenities — 7/11, Mr. DIY, laundromat & pharmacy.

Guests will have full access to the entire unit, including:

• Common area with a comfortable bed and work desk, also equipped with a smart TV and Netflix access.

• Private Bathroom equipped with bidet, essential toiletries and hot shower.

• High-Speed Wi-Fi for uninterrupted connectivity.

Please note that some common areas within the gated community (such as the pool or clubhouse) may be subject to availability or community regulations.


• Security: The property is located in a gated community with 24/7 security for your peace of mind.

• No Pet Policy: We kindly ask that no pets be bought to property to ensure the safety of all guests.

• Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Available upon request but subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

• Additional Guests: If you plan to have extra guests, please inform us in advance. Unregistered guests will not be granted access by Plumera Security. Extra charges may apply for additional occupants.
