Casa Carmen Comfort and Privacy, private pool and stunning views

Located conveniently in the centre of the island, in Nazaret, a peaceful upmarket residential

location. The spacious house consists of a living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen

with a dishwasher and all cooking utilities. One of the bedrooms is a master suite with a kingsized bed, an oversized shower, dressing area and a direct access to the pool. The other two

bedrooms are equipped with 165x190 beds. All bedrooms have high quality mattresses and

bedding. There is a second fully equipped bathroom. The house can accommodate 6 people.

Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with

streaming services and a DVD collection of classics, as well as a washing machine. The house

is ideal for musicians because of its private setting. Two guitars are provided. This holiday

home offers a completely private pool (which has a cover to maintain the temperature), with a

spacious terrace, an outdoor dining area with a barbecue and a day bed ideal for a little siesta.

Enjoy this space of peace and beauty for relaxation and entertainment as well as fantastic

views over the east coast. Nearby recommendations include Lagomar, a very romantic bar in a

cave, the medieval town of Teguise, an UNESCO heritage site with its 15th century centre,

multitude of restaurants, bars, and museums, and a fortress on top of a volcano. 2 parking

spaces are available on the property and free parking is available on the street. One pet is

allowed for a fee. Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Jumping in the pool is also

not allowed. The property has step-free access. Beach/pool towels are provided.
