Room was extremely spacious than expected (Family Deluxe), with proximity to the mall and the nearby beach. A few convenience stores and souvenir shops along the street.

Staff very flexible with my requests: at reception and cleaning - supplies, etc. As this was during low season, suggest modifying roof top dining to all day a la carte menu. Met a well-traveled guest like me who shared this opinion.

It was very convenient to find food options around the area as well as to get supplies. There is only 1 small lift for the whole hotel though so sometimes you have to take the shelterless staircase at the side. Water takes a while to heat up but still decent. Overall still a pleasant experience.

It's not a beach resort so don't be deceived by the name. It's located across the beach road so it's not on the beach. The windows are in front of the windows of the adjacent building so there's no privacy. The swimming pool looks dirty. Overall, it's an average hotel but the location is convenient

only few things. (1) 1 lift only for whole of hotel. (2) Only found room with balcony very attractive. It had beautiful sea views. (3) Although it was free parking sharing with another hotel the parking slots were limited. Apart from the above we truly recommend this hotel. this was our third time stay and won’t be our last.

3D2N LANGKAWI GETAWAY

For the cost, the hotel is great value for money. From outside it may look rundown due to the faded paint but the room was very good, spacious n clean. Check in was superfast even when i registered around 2 pm. No hassle at all. The room key readily available. Great location. Breakfast on roof top with great view but breakfast spread was limited. Understandable for the price paid. The only setback is parking which is very limited. First come first served. I will definitely come back.

20 dager på Royal Agate Beach Resort.

Det var ikke frokost tilgjengelig på hotellet fordi rest. på toppen var stengt. Hadde vi visst dette hadde vi ikke bestilt dette hotellet. Vanskelig å finne vestlig frokost ute. Terassen manglet møbler, var to krakker, og vi fikk to stoler etterhvert. Bassenget hadde ikke solsenger. Dette var ting som var avbildet. Måtte betale dyrt for solsenger på stranden. Badet hadde ikke stikkontakt, bare et lys i taket, lunka vann i vasken. Håndklærne var flekkete og noen hullete. Vi måtte ofte spørre etter for å gå nye. Hårføner er fastmontert i skuffa i skrivepulten, og må brukes uten speil. Safen er ikke festet i veggen, dette gir ingen erstatning fra forsikringsselskapet ved tyveri da hele safen lett kan bæres ut. Kort seng men ellers ok. Fin beliggenhet, rett ut i gata til butikker, spisesteder, massasje mm. Bodde i 3.etg. med havutsikt og kunne se solnedgangen fra senga. Fint med solfilter på terassedørene. Hyggelige ansatte. Vi ble kjørt gratis til flyplassen ved avreise.
