Terrible experience. The first room we were accommodated in had an appalling smell of mold. My wife and I both got allergic symptoms from the first night. For the next three nights we were accommodated in another room, but it was not much better than the previous one. The mattresses on the beds had already outlived their time. The hotel room door could be opened using a normal bank card and there was no security lock inside the door. The staff was friendly and willing to help. I cannot recommend staying at this hotel.

The staff at this property made us feel very welcome and attended to all our needs. The room itself was quite basic and initially had some mould in the bathroom, but as soon as I mentioned this to the manager, he fixed it within the hour. Great location on a budget. In the middle of Cenang with a pool that was accessible at all times of day with some shade..

Good -Given room with 1 king and 1 single bed. -Spacious room -Small fridge provided -Near pantai cenang for beach activities and some shopping. Also nearby is underwater world. -Lots of eateries nearby and some popular restaurants Bad -Aircon takes a long time to cool the room -No room safe provided -No body soap and hairwash given except for hand bar soap -No bottled water although there are water dispenser in the lobby.

Staff and environment were wonderful , perfect.. big thumbs up .. im not complaining just u guys need to clean the room once in few day or once a week because the room was a bit dusty.. dust on the tv , desk and floor .. i think it come from the a/c .. but still recommended 👍 Will come again bcs of ur friendly staff

Big clean rooms for a good price. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A 5 min walk to the beach and the hotel's got a nice swimming pool.

I had been staying in a hostel and just needed to get some privacy. I was sunburnt very bad and didn’t feel well. I arrived about two hours early and they allowed me to check in and go to my room/villa early. I was so greatful! The room was very basic though. Nothing fancy.

Points + : La chambre est +/- grande, la clim fonctionne bien, l’hôtel est très bien situé (a proximité de la plage, des restaurants), le personnel est très sympa. Points - : Pas de wifi dans la chambre (uniquement dans la cour et la réception), la salle de bain n’est pas propre, la chambre sent l’humidité et la poussière (la fenêtre de notre chambre ne s’ouvrait pas). Les draps ne sont pas propres et présence de taches de sang sur les couvertures. Pas possible de nager dans la piscine car beaucoup trop de « javel ». En conclusion: si vous cherchez un hôtel pas cher et bien situé, uniquement pour y passer la nuit cela peut très bien vous convenir. En revanche, si vous cherchez un minimum de confort, allez peut être ailleurs ...

Good location and clean hotel. It still needs to improve services. It provided torn dirty towels & dirty bed sheets. Washed my clothes but didn’t tie or iron them, just put them after drying in a plastic bag.

I booked 2 rooms online and already paid, but the staff said in the system was just 1 room. The air-con in the room is not working at all. I asked to change the room but they are not allowed to change. I have to ask more than 3 times until they agree. At night, the power goes out and the water doesn't flow, I need to wait almost 2 hours. The wifi also weak.
