"The stay was pleasant as the staff were very warm and friendly. The lodge is fairly plain and not meant for extended stays in my opinion as there is not much more than rooms and the restaurant. (yes there is a pool.) The buildings are modern but without any architectural flair or artistic creativity. It is a good location in the park and easy to drive to any location for wildlife viewing. "The property is in a very busy area. Parking is a problem. But other than that, the accomodation is a steal for the price. The units are clean and well managed. Eleveator access is a bit tricky as you always have to call reception to send the elevator up for you. Breakfast is simple and straightforward with not many options available. "This is a lovely place for a quiet break right next to the beautiful Lake. The scenery and bird life is stunning. The staff are great too. We were very pleased with the service. Food is average, but there are various options. Some of the hotel is a little run down. However, the positives far outweigh the negatives and I can definitely recommend it if you don’t demand the very best. "

"The peopeety is new So the rooms are very clean However, there are some basic rhings they need to make sure they prepare. Rooms have no floor rugs, Do not Disturb signs and the shower curtains in.the bathroom are too short, which makes the bathroom wet. Tje building needs to jave exit signs installed for safety. Overall i was happy with the place. There was no noise and the staff were vwey pleasant"
