No jumping, diving, running or rough play near the pool and hot tub area. No glass can be around the pool and hot tub, there are plastic cups in the kitchen to be used outside. Please mind the quiet hours (no loud noises after 10pm). No intoxicated persons may use the pool or hot tub. NO LIFEGUARD WILL BE ON DUTY - YOU SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
• EVENTS & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS: Are not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit and additional fees.
• CAMERA: This home has a security camera mounted on, and directed at the exterior of the home in order to monitor the quantity of cars on property so we may ensure compliance with local ordinances.
