"Reset was a true reset for us traveling from East Texas. The staff was so accommodating. The room was so clean, and we left feeling relaxed."

"I had a situation happen where it was actually a misunderstanding between the website of Expedia and the actual booking system through the boutique hotel. They double booked a room, but Roland was amazing, and the fact of he makes sure that I was comfortable in the room that we did wind up, choosing other than that. Everything was beautiful. They have in amazing property. The amenities are very nice. It just depends. I guess what view you have. I had view of the woods. It was actually really beautiful. I really enjoyed my stay. I was there on a working trip and I had an excellent time. I just wish the restaurant was open, so I can try it, but other than that. They also have a hiking trail right behind the parking lot all and all I really enjoyed my time being there, so if you’re looking for a place to stay with a great view and good staff, and a complementary breakfast. This is the place for you."

"Everything about our bungalow was exceptional. Clean, comfortable, very nice furniture, well appointed kitchen and stocked pantry. The views were nice from our room, and on the grounds there were seating and viewing areas to catch the sites. The only helpful criticism I have is the lack of response to messages. They said that they are now using the app Guesty to register their guests, and it is new to them. The link that was provided to us via the Expedia app messages did not work for the Guesty app. Homestead said you will get your door code to your room only if you complete the identification process thru Guesty. I messaged a request for help. No answer, no response. Tried again next morning, still not working. We are supposed to check in the afternoon. Apparently I am on my own here. I decided to try the link on my laptop instead of the phone app. Now it finally went through! I could now put in my driver license info and take the required selfie. We now met the requirements to get our door code. One week later still no response to my request for help with their new Guesty app. The only communication I received after our stay was to please do a review. Someone needs to monitor the messages, and be alert when you put in a new app, Guesty, in case there are some hitches in the process."

"The room layout was excellent. The room itself was clean and comfortable. We did have issues with the bathroom not working correctly, the ice machine in the building we were in was disconnected and the elevator was down causing us to have to cart 5peoples bags down the stairs. I don’t think we will stay there again"
