Details are important
It’s a cute way to spend a night away. However, our tiny house had used bar soap in shower, a wet washcloth hanging on shower rod, only a 1/4 roll of TP (no spare), trash can outside by front door was packed and only one pillow case for the bed pillows. They should invest in a curtain or blinds for door and small windows, had people on deck next to us getting a complete view inside.

This was a great stay during Covid. I felt very secure, both safety wise but also in a good distance from my neighbors, who were all very polite. The cabin was just as I expected, it is still camping, so expectations should be for that. Air conditioning worked great and the hot water came on very fast. I will definitely be visiting here again!

Need a refund :(
I purchased a room saying it was available but it turns out it wasn't, yet my card was charged 160+ dollars, and I still don't know how to properly receive a refund. I haven't received any call either.

Enjoyed the Stay
We really enjoyed our stay at Tiny Estates. It felt a little bit like RV camping. Wish we ciuld have had a broom and dustpan, since we like to keep our space clean. But we made due. Seeing all the tiny houses as we drove to ours was really interesting. Seing the different designs and names. Once inside, everything was almost within reach. It felt nice and private with our own parking space, our own porch and a quite neighborhood. I would love to come again with friends.

Chose this location because of my curiosity with tiny houses. The overall campground was in good shape. The entire checkin and checkout was done without any staff contact, which is fine by me. My only suggest as far as that is make sure you read the attached map that in your email you will receive for checkin to figure out where your tiny house is on the site. I stayed in the Alpha for one night. I believe it is the smallest. I was by myself for this stay. The Alpha was extremely small but had everything i needed. The small sink in the kitchen counter is used as a double for the bathroom sink. The toilet is a typical rv one. The shower is just enough room for a medium size person to just fit in and barely turn around. The loft is accessed from a steep wooden ladder that you move over towards countertop. The roof is on a slant so make sure you move the ladder all the way tl the left or you will only have a few inches to get onto the bed. Once lying down, i would guess you have about a foot to two feet of head space. You will be laying on a 3 inch piece of foam. The Alpha is at the end of a road on the property and is angled on a slant. A few feet away is another tiny house. A large family was staying in the tiny house there. The way their suv was parked their headlights came directly into Alpha, not a big deal but i believe some of their guests were sleeping in the suv. They had their vehicle running with the headlights on into the night. I experienced it, next time larger.

Tiny Home stay
Great gated Tiny House Community. Loved having own space and the idea of staying in a tiny home. Nice grounds, nice people and updating still. Only bad thing was heat did not work throughout the night and was 16 degrees outside.

Super cute, unique experience
We thought it would be neat to try tiny home life for a night while attending a local event and were not disappointed. Super cute, tiny but adequate, accommodations. We stayed in a unit called Climber which seemed to be a bit unfinished (bare wood ladder to loft and bare wood ceiling in bathroom) but was surprisingly pretty inside. It has everything you need if you don’t need a lot of space and like your companion. The loft space was too small for either of us (5’5”) to sleep but the couch/main bed had a trundle bed underneath which was perfect. Neither were super comfortable but worked for our short stay. The office staff were so pleasant and the grounds are very nice with a lake and outdoor seating area with fire pit. We were looking forward to trying the hot tubs/spas but they were right out in the open with no nearby shelter which we felt was awkward. Overall, very good experience and would recommend for a short stay.

This is a very cute tiny house community sitting on a couple ponds. Check-in was very smooth. I like that the community is gated. They had things such as hot tubs, outdoor games, and fire rings available. One of the guys was very helpful and told us where to get wood for the fire pit. The only downfall was there is only parking for 1 vehicle at each tiny house so we had to leave one vehicle at the office, but we managed. We had an awesome time at the Tiny Estates for our girls weekend.

Super neat experience. We had a Good time. Cute house and cute surroundings. Want to go back. Had problems with shower cause I couldn’t figure out the instructions on how to get the hot water to flow if it wasn’t heating up.
