We had a fantastic stay at QSF. The room was beautiful, clean, modern and really comfortable. We had a really relaxing stay. The food in the evening was great and the service was really attentive. We would highly recommend this venue

We were made to feel very welcome. The staff, especially Sammy, were very friendly and efficient. The room was clean and very comfortable, and the breakfast delicious!

Stayed here Saturday 16th March couldn’t fault the place. Absolutely perfect in every way, up to now it’s the nicest boutique room I’ve stayed in, says it’s all when you get half way home on the Sunday and end up turning round and going back to stay again on the Sunday.

Quite Simply Brilliant
Superb from start to finish. We had The Ashton Suite overlooking the river. Beautifully decorated and seriously impressive. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious too. Thanks to all the team.

Fantastic boutique hotel. Really a great restaurant with fantastic rooms. The only criticisms I would share is that the location isn’t quite in the city centre. The walk from the ring road wasn’t far, but road felt v dark and quiet late at night. We don’t know Lancaster that well but on walk back at around 11:30pm we were a bit nervous admittedly. Rooms themselves are 5 star quality, as was breakfast in the morning (an additional £20 pp). At night entry is via a key code as there isn’t a late night porter or reception, which ideally should be added bearing in mind cost per night

We stayed for the night in ashton suite for my partners 50th birthday , it was beautiful . The room was stunning , clean and had everything you might need or forgotten . We ate in the restraunt, we both thought the food was amazing . We had oysters , chipolatas, venison , and lobster and steak for mains . The best we've ever tasted . The staff we're so attentive and friendly . Would most definatley stay and eat here again 🙂

Great stay. Highly recommend
First time staying here. Fantastic location on the river, and a short walk to the city centre. Was given a suite room, which is highly spec'd and has everything you could ever need, including nice small touches which make a difference (the sleep pillow spray and choc truffles). Will be using QSF for my future stays in Lancaster for work.

Perfect stay
Amazing stay! Beautiful room with high spec. Lots of little extra touches to make it feel extra special. Spotlessly clean. Good shower. Every single member of staff was helpful, knowledgeable and so pleasant. We also had a stunning meal in the restaurant. Just a short walk along the river into town. Free parking behind the building. We’re already planning our next visit and have told friends about it. Highly recommend.

Its a fabulous restaurant and the rooms are amazing. Sadly woken up at 5.45 am by noisy deliveries outside and that was very unfortunate.

Be advised, no elevators and steep narrow stairway to your room. Also your bed is in a upstairs loft and the bathroom is on the first floor. Makes it tough for a midnight bathroom brake. Room was beautiful and the staff was great. If you like stairs, this hotel is for you.

Such a wonderful characterful building with vaulted ceilings and original beams.Its worth noting that our other 3 rooms are all on one level for both the bedrooms and bathrooms, only our Ashton Suite has the split level.We appreciate stairs can be an issue for some guests, we hope it did not impact you too much for your stay with us.Thanks so much.Rob and the QSF family

Lovely hotel in a good location, not far walk in to town. Rooms are amazing and can’t fault them at all. Can’t comment on food as didn’t eat in the restaurant but if it’s as good as the rooms it would be fantastic

Amazing Ashton Suite
My stay was absolutely amazing. The staff were lovely, the drinks divine and the room exquisite. The location is perfect as well to go for little jaunts around the castle. I will definitely be booking with them again - hopefully soon! :)

I stay in a LOT of hotels, this is absolutely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, fantastic rooms, lovely restaurant and most of all very friendly staff
