Good location, clean tidy and very reasonably priced. Nice friendly staff. Will definitely stay again if in Lancaster.😎

IBIS Lancaster
On arrival, we were not happy with beds supplied for the Children. The Hotel assistant was very friendly and understanding and provided us with a room change which better suited our needs.

Thank you for your review, Kind Regards - Ibis Budget Lancaster.
Stayed at the hotel for an overnight stay to go to the Christmas panto at the Lancaster Grand Theatre. Hotel has a good location for what we needed. The long stay car park at £9 for each 24hrs was also close by. Cafe Dolce on Market Street was an excellent place to have breakfast.
Staff were so lovely and was a great location near to the city centre , parking literally a stones throw away. Weatherspoons next door so fact there was no breakfast option made no difference. When I walked in and saw complimentary ear plugs I was slightly worried but no noise heard without there use considering as said so near to city centre. If I go back to Lancaster would happily just go straight to book here.
Great location. Hotel was very well appointed. Staff were very friendly. Should drop the ‘budget hotel’ name in favour of ‘city hotel’. Budget sounds defamatory.
The hotel was very handy for the bars, restaurants and shops. It is very basic but comfortable and clean. The bed was also comfortable. The noise from outside was very loud on the Saturday night due to drunken rowdiness and police/ambulance sirens, which is to be expected when staying in the centre. All in all the stay was very good
Greeted with a polite & smiley member of staff. Room was ok, but found a malteaser under childs fold out bed, also her bed was very firm & uncomfortable so we asked for a extra duvet which they was happy to supply. Our bathroom door handle was in need of attention as was the shower head but still worked ok. Bathroom overall was clean.

Decent budget option
Good size rooms, comfortable bed and well - designed storage. Reception staff helpful. No communal area to sit with other guests so fairly basic in terms of other amenities. A decent budget option for a short stay.
Nice budget option for staying in Lancaster. Parking could be a bit of a pain, but managed to get a space in the car park opposite both nights - had to go and get a new ticket at 8 in the morning as overnight parking finishes at 8 (if you can get a space that is).
The location is great central to everything. Room's are clean and basic much what you would expect from a budget hotel. Can be noisy at night due to it being in the town centre. Could do with more storage space, no drawers or shelves only a small hanging space.
