"Waited a long time to check in. Loved the games in the lobby! Pool was great! Housekeeping didn’t clean our room on the second night- we came back to a dirty room with no sheets in a bed and the do not disturb sign was on the door. I called the front desk, but no one came so then I had to go track someone down in the hallway. We ended up waiting up at night to have someone come out sheets on the bed so we could go to sleep."

"The staff was super helpful and friendly at check in, and that really set the tone for our stay! Great location for seeing a concert at Wintrust arena, the hotel was clean and comfortable, the rooms were quiet, would absolutely stay here again"

"The room was very clean. The even staff when I checked in was friendly and helpful. When I checked out, the representative was a little cold in demeanor but she got the job done. Overall I was very pleased with my stay. It was a 15 minute walk from the arena I was going to and there’s plenty of good places to eat and nice night life. I’ll be back."
