"We booked last minute during Baylor Graduation with no problem!!! Arrived late had to wait about 10 minutes customer ahead of us had issues and clerk was doing her best to accommodate. Check in and out was smooth. Air conditioning was on point we were exhausted and hot, turn a/c to 64 with no problems. Beds were very comfortable and pillows excellent and I’m a picky pillow person. My only problem was the mirrored closet doors reflected the bathroom light. Overall at 10!!!!"

"The elevator has a horrible stench like rotting mouse carcasses. The room leaked water and smelled like hidden mold. The internet and cable tv was a nightmare to deal with. Thier breakfast was a small cabinet with snacks and coffee. The coffee was good. Part of the reason why i stayed there was for the emenities advertized. When i asked for the cookware I was practically scolleded for wanting all that was advertised. Poor everything I can think of. Only parking was satisfactory. "
