This place was perfect for us! Clean and spacious for a loft. Extremely friendly hosts and close enough to everything we came for. My wife is coming back this fall and will definitely be staying here again!

The apartment was very clean, quaint and had everything we needed. Also very private, with our own entrance. Had a very nice visit with family and friends, the central location was close to everything.

I stayed for a week. The place is very comfortable. Nice bed, linens, good water pressure, fast hot water, Keurig pods and granola bars provided. It’s very close to Hwy 6.Good hosts.

The most lovely cozy little spot!

This little spot was a great central location, all the amenities you need for a stay. The bed was so very comfortable and there was plenty of room for us both. The kitchen and fridge were a great addition. Really enjoyed our stay here!

Perfect getaway

Such a perfect little getaway that’s very close to all Waco has to offer. If you and your significant other want to take a trip out for the weekend or an anniversary trip I would definitely recommend. The house was very clean and prepared for us and the owners are super sweet and responsive!

Easy access to shopping, food, gas & our main reason was the rodeo/fair. Very welcoming owners, inside is just as pictured, washer/drier was a plus for us. We would stay again, prefect for 3 people.

We had the best 2 days in Waco. The host of our house could not have been nicer. They helped with restaurants, TV questions and accommodated us Sunday morning so my daughter could continue to study before she had to take a test. We loved our stay and loved our hosts

This is the place!

The place is just as described. Only better. Barkley House is well- maintained, clean and loaded with amenities. Located in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to all points in the city. Easy access to the property manager, if needed. I felt like i had selected the right place for my stay.

Our host was amazing. It was a little odd with the apartment in a backyard but it was actually quite nice without the noise and traffic. The stay was ideal and so close to shopping and any food. The neighborhood was quaint and the hosts were so kind and went out of their way to be gracious. We accidentally ruined a towel and wash cloth in the laundry but Michelle was so kind about it. They kept to themselves and on our last day, I ran into an issue with something I bought for our return trip. It was supposed to be mostly assembled but that couldn't be further from the truth. Fortunately, our host loaned me some tools to fix it and saved us so much trouble. We couldn't have asked for a better host and the apartment was so nice. Everything we needed and no problems. You really can't ask for better.

The Barkley House was a cute little Casita. It was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet but occasionally the dog next door would bark. The bed was cozy and comfortable. I liked that there was a closet to hang my clothes in and store our suitcases. There was also a washer and dryer. They provided a few waters and snack bars which was a nice touch. A few days before our stay they sent me the door code so check in was easy. We would stay here again.
