"I gave it an average rating because of the front desk check in. The knowledge and energy needs to be an experience itself. The front desk needs to be the most important part of your experience to start your stay, knowledgeable and with lots of suggestions. Terry in housekeeping was amazing, a big applause to her! The property is stunning needs but needs some type of entertaining for guest. Beautiful property, details were 10/10, hope this review helps."

"Located near attractions. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful. The pool area needs better ventilation and anti-slip upgrade. "

"Pool was down, and only ice machine that worked was on the bottom floor. Also only half a roll of toilet paper with no replacement at start of visit (stayed 2 nights). Staff was really nice and and as accommodating as they could be. (Short staffed). The lady who checked me in was really amazing and helped me through a mess up they had of double booking the room I reserved. She really went above and beyond to correct the mistake and help me get in a room after my 17 hour drive. Her positive attitude really helped my mood (exhaustion/sleepy), even with the mess up."

"The house was cute and well laid out. Each of the rooms has broken blinds which we remedied by closing the curtains. While it’s centrally located, it is in a sketchy neighborhood."

"Had olenty of activities for all ages, most things opened as soon as the sun was up so you hear kids laughing and playing. My kids had a blast at thr pool and the playground we also ate ice cream while truing our hand at the crane machines in the arcade. Cabin was awesome everytbing yiu need to make your stay co fortable. Our cabin had a coupke things broken/missing but wasnt a big deal still had a great spring break. Now we need to try the New Braunfels location. "
