Very clean. 2 floors, no elevator. Cozy, not big. Western theme. Shower/tub drained slow, but good water pressure. Good value. Big Texan steak ranch on premises. Fun place.

The room was dirty & did not match the photos on Expedia. The front desk staff was very rude, ignored us & told us to look at our phone for an e check in. Holiday Inn Express & Suites Amarillo West by IHG
Our room was 80 degrees the whole time. We turned the heater off, turned the Ac on, and nothing. The heater was still going. The front desk didn't know what was going on and didn't have a different room to transfer us to. I won't be staying there again.
