The wagon was so clean and ready to go. Staff was fun and helpful,parking was easy and no issue, we went during a heat wave and the wagon was very comfortable. The yard we had was so comfortable and relaxing to sit in. We will definitely be coming back. The whole experience was one of a kind.

I really enjoyed staying in the covered Wagons. It was a cute little set-up, bathrooms were very close, and it had an outside area to enjoy. It was very warm when we stayed overnight and the ac took awhile to cool off the wagon but it did cool off at night. I didnt like how close the wagons were to the road. Its a very busy highway with big trucks. It was loud, but i was so tired that I still slept well. It also was very close to the Big Texan with shuttle service.

Staying in a covered wagon was fun! Enjoyed the experience. Very clean wagon and very clean rest room only a few steps away. (You need to leave the wagon to use restroom). Due to the unique design of the covered wagon, it’s not as sound proof as a standard hotel room and we could hear some noise from the interstate nearby.

Sleeping in a Covered Wagon in Texas is a pretty cool experience we absolutely loved it! one word of caution though if you are a light sleeper it can be very noisy at night with I-40 right beside us and train tracks on the other side, and low flying planes overhead.It didnt bother me a bit and I will definitely be back!

Great stopover on a road trip! Lovely, well-equipped cabin — very spacious and clean. The free shuttle to the Big Texan Steakhouse was a fantastic bonus. Would definitely recommend!

What a fun stay! The cabin was adorable and the perfect size for everyone to be able to spread out after a long day on the road. Air conditioners kept the cabin nice and cool in late May. Parking is easy and close to the cabins. It's a quick little trip back to the RV park after dinner at the steakhouse, which was also a great time, and it's convenient to stores and easy to get back on the interstate when it's time to head out. That begin said, light sleepers should know that the road is quite loud and you will hear steady interstate traffic all night, so come prepared. Early birds beware, coffee and breakfast in the clubhouse don't start until later on, not 6:00 am like we were used to! You will not be listening to crickets singing in the forest at this campground, but I would recommend the cabins for families with kids that want something more fun and memorable than your typical extended stay hotel room.
