The home features a reverse floor plan, with the spacious great room, kitchen, and dining area located on the top level. The open-concept living space is filled with natural light and offers a comfortable setting for gathering after a day of skiing, hiking, biking, or exploring Truckee and Lake Tahoe. The kitchen is fully equipped with quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, and upgraded stainless steel appliances. The dining area seats six, with additional seating for four at the kitchen island. In the great room, gather around the gas fireplace or relax with a movie on the large wall-mounted flat-screen TV.

The primary suite is located on the main level and features a king-size bed, fresh linens, a private deck, and a wall-mounted TV.
