"Terrible. Ended up spending another $1,600 last minute to stay elsewhere. This is not an air bnb or anything similar. It’s is one child size bedroom in a rude old lady’s house. It is intentional false advertising. The “shared bathroom” clause is supposed to have you assume you will be sharing the place with the elderly woman that lives there and whatever guests she has in another room. She called us that day and corrected our grammar and was very rude. Upon arrival, we walked past a living area with white boards everywhere stating rules and what you can and can’t do, stepped over her aggressive dog’s pee pee pads, and were shown to a room with just a few inches of space to move around the bed. The woman claimed we were supposed to infer from the “shared bathroom” clause that we should have known better and to just ignore the strangers coming and going from the other room. Proceeded to be rude and we ended up having to drive nearly 20 mins to Crystal River where it was supposed to be located and get a hotel. "

"It was fairly easy to find 6255 W. Riverbend Road once we stopped following the directions Google maps were providing. For some reason, we kept doing loops on N. Riverbend Road. When we finally got to highway 488, W. Riverbend Road was across the highway. Just followed the mailbox numbers until our arrival at our destination. When trying the combination to open up the door it didn’t work. Tried several times until we gave up. Went next door and spoke to Shane who contacted Jennifer and within a few minutes we gained access to the house. What a beautiful house to enter, everything nicely arranged and looking spectacular and spotless. After looking around and deciding what bedrooms to use, we unpacked and settled into the comfortable dining area to enjoy a cuppa. Once settled in, we noticed the kitchen well stocked with basic cooking condiments, plenty of kitchen wares, and modern appliances. Next morning, I filled the bird and squirrel feeders, picked out a kayak for fishing out of, and took in the river view. We spent the next six days enjoying all of this. We ate out at some of the local restaurants in Dunnellon all with very satisfying menu choices. Our routine was, breakfast at the house, fishing early mornings and late evenings, limited shopping, and word games in the evening/night. A very relaxing week with evening walks after supper. We truly enjoyed our stay and recommend anyone looking at this property to give it a good look and try. Plenty of wildlife to see. "

"This house was absolutely perfect! Our group was of 14 with kids ranging from 14 years to 6months, and it had everything we needed! The host, Renee, was so great to work with. She got back to us immediately with any issues we had, and you can tell she takes pride in this place. The house was stocked with so many necessities, it was so nice! And the maintenance man, Ryan, was available pretty much 24/7, going out of his way to make sure we were taken care of! He treated us like family!The location was so beautiful we even took family pictures on site! Crystal River has so many things to do for all ages, but it’s also a good distance away from Tampa where you can still drive and do activities in one day!You couldn’t ask for a better place to relax with your family than this place! "

"This "cabin" was perfect for our two-night stay. Very clean and so nicely decorated. Very private and we felt extremely safe with a secure gate upon entry. Within about 25 minutes from area attractions, especially seeing all of the manatees at Three Sisters Springs. Would definitely stay again."
