"Was a great place to stay"

"Front desk was super polite. Diance was very friendly and we felt very welcomed for just our short stay. Breakfast was good but really early hours, which we understood for the residency members staying there. Valet was very helpful with locations for food and accommodating when we needed to visit our vehicle without having to move it. Beds were very comfy and the shower's hot water was on point. My wife, who is an amputee, really enjoyed the accommodations for the disabled. She was able to get in and out of the bath without issues. The kitchen area was very nice and felt like a nice home away from home."

"Location! Next door to Spectrum Center. Valet parking $55 day but worth it! No hassle finding parking. Hyatt Valet brings it down and takes it back up. Very convenient. Enjoyed our weekend stay for a Saturday event at the Spectrum Center. Will definitely be back!"

"After a very long travel day and having our flight canceled and having to spend the night in Charlotte with two small kids, we arrived at the property and Seun at the front desk was rude/had an attitude when we spoke with him. He had an attitude the entire time, and he was not kind. I was having an issue with my card and he was very dismissive and rude again. When we came down in the morning for the shuttle at 5 AM with two little kids, he was sleeping in the back office with an airport pillow around his neck snoring. I asked him a question about the shuttle. He again was rude and very unprofessional. The room was okay, but I would not stay at this property again or recommend to anyone."

"This was the most busted and janky hotel I have ever stayed in anywhere in the world. The faucet in the sink leaked and it was extremely loud. It was impossible to turn it off. There was also industrial machinery noises coming from the bathroom that was like sitting next to an aircraft engine. There was only an individual cooling unit on Wheels in the room, and it was also noisy like an aircraft engine. There was no breakfast available, which is unheard of. Overall, this is the worst hotel experience I have experienced in my life"

"Great hotel. Would absolutely book again! Top floor bar lounge with great drinks, mini games to play, and lots of vibrant colors. It gave off NYC street art themes. "

"This was the nastiest hotel i’ve ever been in … every thing was dark …..There were dirty towels in the bathroom, sink was broken…We knew we couldn’t get our money back so we left our car there long enough to watch a concert and then drove 3 hours home in the middle of the night …"
