"This historic Lake Morton house did not disappoint. We have spent the last four years visiting and staying all over Lakeland as our oldest son has attended Florida Southern College. We love staying at different houses in the area and this has been our favorite. The funky decor, the view, and location are perfect. We could easily walk to the downtown area or over to the campus and to Lake Hollingsworth.Our son has now graduated but when we are back in the area this will be the first place we look to see if it is available."

"This place is a small, but well equipped little apartment within 2 blocks of Morton Lake and all the swan watching and charm of old town. Parking is tricky and finding it the first time was challenging, but no problems other than that. Cute little place. "

"Lovely little 2nd floor apartment in a cute historic neighborhood. I was traveling with a friend. Extra linens/blankets for the couch in the living room would have made it better. The management company was excellent and very communicative and provided us with an extra sheet. Bring extra blankies and pillows if one of you needs to sleep on the couch. :)"
