What a terrific place to stay! Very quaint, very comfortable, and Stephen was pretty much at our beck and call! Very communicative and willing to provide us with any additional amenities that we might have needed, but actually, we had everything we needed. It's so close to so many cool things in the Morton Lake District, including the lake itsel. Great off-street parking. Would stay there agin! Thanks for everything!

My husband and I stayed for the weekend and loved everything about this quaint place. The location was close to the downtown, FSC and everything we were doing on our trip. The bungalow was great. We were dropping off our son at Florida Southern and the fold out couch was great for him the first night before he moved in. The rest of the place is plenty large and well equipped. The styling of the bungalow inside and out is perfect for the neighborhood, and the location is perfectly close to everything you'd want to do in Lakeland.Finally, Stephen the host was exceptional. He was very communicative and accommodating.We will definitely try to stay here again.

Cute home away from home

We needed a place to stay while having maintenance done at our home. This quaint little cottage in a historic district was perfect. Stephen accommodated our small pets and made us feel welcome. The place was clean and comfortable. We will definitely recommend this to any out of town guests we might have in the future.
