This property was outstanding – right in the heart of Lakeland and very cozy and comfortable. Stephen was an excellent host and was very attentive to our needs and questions. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the Lakeland area.
We enjoyed staying at the bungalow over Thanksgiving. It's clean, cozy, and close to the lake and a few coffee shops on the main road. The owner communicated well and was responsive. Everything was good.
We loved our time here. We visit Lakeland often and this is our new favorite place to stay. Very clean and well stocked to make your stay feel like a home away from home.
What a terrific place to stay! Very quaint, very comfortable, and Stephen was pretty much at our beck and call! Very communicative and willing to provide us with any additional amenities that we might have needed, but actually, we had everything we needed. It's so close to so many cool things in the Morton Lake District, including the lake itsel. Great off-street parking. Would stay there agin! Thanks for everything!
The place was absolutely lovely and in a great location close to downtown and all our shopping needs. Our host Stephen is exceptionally good at covering all the details to make his guests feel comfortable and welcomed!
Stephen was a great host. Very accommodating. Loved the area. Great for walking to downtown, the lakes, laundry, library. Very comfortable for 2 people. We would stay there again.
We stayed here for the week long air show at Sun & Fun. This facility was very convenient to the event and yet was very comfortable in a very nice and historically respected residential area. Evening walks to the nearby lake was especially ni c e.
Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Exactly what my daughter and I needed for Florida Southern College (FSC) family weekend. She was glad to spend a couple of nights out of the dorms. An easy walk to FSC for activities. Stephen stayed in touch our entire stay. I just didn’t need anything. We would stay here again.
My husband and I stayed for the weekend and loved everything about this quaint place. The location was close to the downtown, FSC and everything we were doing on our trip. The decor was warm and swan themed and well stocked with all of the little touches that mean so much to making for an easy and enjoyable trip.
Property was everything i expected, quiet, comfortable and a wonderful walking neighborhood. Beautiful lake down the street. Home had all the conveniences that a person would need to dine in. Well maintained property. Definitely will stay here again.
A wonderful place on a beautiful street. Between the swans and the lake, there was so much to see and do. Property was perfectly situated and well appointed. Will return!
The home was awesome. Stocked with all the necessities. Very comfortable & cozy! Will definitely come back! The host, Stephen, was great and provided recommendations & local information. Location was amazing!!
The bungalow was great. We were dropping off our son at Florida Southern and the fold out couch was great for him the first night before he moved in. The rest of the place is plenty large and well equipped. The styling of the bungalow inside and out is perfect for the neighborhood, and the location is perfectly close to everything you'd want to do in Lakeland. Finally, Stephen the host was exceptional. He was very communicative and accommodating. We will definitely try to stay here again.
We needed a place to stay while having maintenance done at our home. This quaint little cottage in a historic district was perfect. Stephen accommodated our small pets and made us feel welcome. The place was clean and comfortable. We will definitely recommend this to any out of town guests we might have in the future.
