Needed avail regular outlets at center night stand. We each use CPAP machines and luckily we had extension cords that we had to lay out across the room in order to run the machines while we sleep. Made walking around dangerous.

This is great night stay at Lake Louise at a decent price. The only downside was there was no restaurant onsite but there are other options around.

Property is situated well in the LL village. Convenient to most area attractions. Staff was not very knowledgeable about helping us navigate around town including our specific questions about parking situation at other area attractions. Housekeeping only came once during our 3 night stay. We did like the free full breakfast each morning and they opened from 6am-10am which was great. Love having the whirlpool for sore muscles after long days of hiking. The sauna was broken our entire stay. Hotel is dated but rustic. I’m not sure we would stay again in a future trip to town
