Williams House  a perfect family retreat at beautiful Lake Junaluska. This immaculate 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath home accommodates up to 10 guests, making it ideal for family gatherings or a relaxing getaway with friends

The home offers plenty of space to unwind, whether you're lounging on the spacious deck, enjoying the warmth of the cozy fireplace, or cooking in one of the two fully equipped kitchens. Modern conveniences like central AC, 4 cable TVs, a dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, and newly added wireless internet with free domestic long-distance ensure your stay is comfortable and stress-free.

Lake Junaluska provides plenty of amenities to enhance your stay, including the Rose Walk (a scenic walking trail), tennis courts, a swimming pool, and seasonal canoe and kayak rentals.

If you need less space, the main level of the home (Williams Cottage) can be rented separately as a 3-bedroom, 2-bath option.

Important Information:
We strongly recommend that our guests come prepared for inclement weather. Mountain roads can become impassable due to ice and snowfall, so it’s essential to bring extra supplies, including food and beverages. We recommend that guests use 4WD or AWD vehicles for most properties. Please do not attempt to drive on mountain roads if you are unfamiliar with operating a vehicle in snow or using tire chains. Always follow local weather advisement guidelines.

Please note that no fireworks are permitted on the premises, as they pose a significant safety and forest fire hazard.

This property does not allow pets. If a pet is brought to the premises without prior approval and the $150 per pet fee being paid, a $500 pet penalty will be charged for each unauthorized pet, and you may be asked to leave immediately.

This property is managed by a North Carolina Real Estate Firm. You will receive a North Carolina Vacation Rental Agreement from our reservation system that must be signed as part of this agreement.

Lake Junaluska experience

Excellent customer service did everything she could to help me! Loved the location house was really convenient to rent as a whole for a big family. Only concern was the driveway was difficult to navigate a big truck but that can't be helped just be aware the bigger the vehicle the more difficult it is. Overall extremely happy with the service don't be afraid to call for any difficulties.

Great property, parking can be challenging for motorcycles

The property is beautiful, everything was clean and the kitchens had everything we needed. The decor is cozy and inviting, we enjoyed the downstairs porch and upstairs porch areas as well as the downstairs dining room as a group. We had several motorcycles on trailers and were unable to get them backed into the driveway. We unloaded the bikes and parked the trailers at another location, even with that we were pleased with our stay!
