"Overall stay was awesome! The staff members were friendly. The breakfast had a variety of options. Lake Junaluska is breathtaking! The only negative our shower didn’t drain properly. We stood in ankle deep water. Our room was 1635 in the Terrace."

"It’s like walking into past. Large areas for sitting groups of friends and lots of old hotel ambience. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Location is easily with 30 minutes of Cherokee, Maggie valley and surrounding areas."
