"I chose this location over many other ones because of the reviews and I’m here to confirm that indeed they deserve great reviews! I am very picky where I stay when it comes to cleanliness. I will start off with everything I loved and a couple of negatives that I noticed but weren’t deal breakers. From the moment we walked in we could tell that the location is kept clean and the receptionist was very nice checking us in. Our room was immaculate and well maintained. The linens & towels were all clean with no stains. The walls and fixtures were all clean, no rips, no weird stains, no weird smells etc. Very well maintained. Their continental breakfast (which is included with the stay) was very generous, kept clean, warm and fresh. The only thing that I can fairly mention as a negative was that the elevators weren’t working and our room was right next to the elevator which would make random loud banging noises. And the indoor pool is really small so keep expectations low for the pool! Overall I would absolutely come back to stay here with my family."

"We LOVED this lake cabin. The owner thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and feel right at home. It was very spacious, clean, the a/c works very well, it had all new appliances and even some extra you normally do not find at other homes such as an air fryer toaster oven, an ice maker, and fancy bidet toilets! I loved the massage chair and the view of the lake was gorgeous! We could tell that lots of thought was put into building the cabin itself and the cabin was built just as nice as any new home. We enjoyed our stay and overall would give it a 10 out of 10!"

"GREAT value. Clean, comfortable and easy to work with. I arrived after hours on a Sunday. There was a note on the door of the office/store advising my room number and how to access. Since there was not an attendant when I arrived, I wasn't sure if the pool was a part of my package. After reviewing the ameneties, it appears it is, but the pool had a notice requiring some form of ID and I didn't have anything other than a room key, so I didn't swim. But, for a comfortable lakeside fishing escape, I found this to be everything I needed in great shape."

"Good location by the lake. Room was clean and the owner was responsive when we had questions about the area. No cable TV (that we saw), so be prepared to bring entertainment for those quiet nights. Also, hot water was limited. Aside from those couple of items, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if we are back in Texas."

"Wonderful place for a multi family vacation!! Host was excellent and very responsive. The place could have been cleaner, specially the pool (it was green)! Loved the pool cabin and the big kitchen. The kids loved the games, clues and hidden surprises!!"
