"Good 1st. The check in was quick, easy and contactless. Gino was always a text or phone call away and very pleasant. The property is absolutely quiet and beautiful. The farmhouse is nestled in an olive grove with a panaramic view of Lake Garda and surrounding mountains. The Not so Good - Air conditioning only in the two upstairs bedrooms. "The garden, grounds and pool area of this villa are wonderful, and where we spent most of our time. Lovely views, secluded and quiet. The inside of the villa has everything you require, and the view from the master bedroom is quite spectacular. The owner was very helpful when we became stranded to a vehicle issue, despite being on holiday at the time himself. A couple of points to be aware of - the access road is quite tight, like much of rural Italy, and so I would not advise using a large 4x4...

"Bei unserer Ankunft erwartete uns ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus, was alles zu bieten hat was man braucht. Die Ausstattung ist gehoben und neu. Das gesamte Haus und der Aussenbereich waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. In der Küche findet man alles vor. Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Auch an Geschirr ist alles ausreichend vorhanden. "We drove around in circles for 2 hours looking for the hotel. GPS Kept saying that we had arrived. We had. The hotel was only 100 metres away, but no road access. A kind man phoned the hotel for us only to find out that we had a one time access on the pedestrian way to check-in and off load the bags. How coukd we know this? Tourist information booth where we had stopped didn't know this. It would have been nice to know this in advance. The location and hotel where perfec. Not our first time...

"We were one of the first guests in the Residenza Alto Garda so everything was brand new and very nicely furnished. The apartments are spacious, modern and clean. Location is few minutes walking from the beach and few steps away from the Riva promenade/historic center. There is parking just outside the building. There are also other extras as bike storage, ping pong table, game room, outside chill-out terrace etc. Definetely one of the nicest places we've been to recently. "
