An epic view of lake Garda is from the top of Monte Baldo. Unfortunately, due to low clouds, I do not have a photo of this. But I do have a good and unknown tip for you. normally everyone goes to the top with the cable car from Malcesine. this is an expensive ride (€ 25 euros) and in the summer there are queues of a few hours. with about an hour drive through beautiful mountains and nature, you come to the point where I have placed the pin. This is a beautifully appointed, pristine hotel. The food and wait service was excellent, very friendly and attentive. Also appreciated the creative art work and furnishings. This hotel is in a great location, walkable to everything. Highly recommend!

Overall, the hotel was in good shape however the outlets to charge phones and hair dryers, etc.. We’re not working very loose, even though we brought a converter. We also asked for our complementary Prosecco to be delivered, and it was never delivered or followed upon. I didn’t bother to ask them again. One morning we asked for a taxi cab and one of the staff members pointed outside to us to get our own, the taxi driver we selected ended up giving us counterfeit money as change. All other times staff had called a trusted cab service. A plus was the connected rooms and the complimentary breakfast. I would not stay here again, but over all it decent if you want to stay close to Trevi and local shops and restaurants.
