"The panoramic cabin is a basic shed with rudimentary electricity and plumbing. It’s more like camping with an outhouse included. There are gaps in the clapboard siding walls you can see through. It’s sold as rustic but it’s barely inhabitable. On the positive side the family that runs it were gracious and kind people. They were helpful and offered assistance in going into town. There recommendations to go to El Congo made our stop in Lake Coatepaque a wonderful memory point. Possibly the...
"it was a nice experience the host was amazing and friendly, they also had a restaurant and bar with live music across the street, it was perfect for the evening and highly recommended, we are planning to bring our friends over."
"Good economical hotel where you can see that most locals stay. While I only stayed two nights, it’s served its purpose. Rooms are a bit dated still average for the stay. "
"Excellent service, everything was very good. The girl who attended me, named Noemí, was very attentive. The room had everything it promised, very cozy, everything was easily accessible, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I highly recommend the cabin—excellent service."
"Excellent place, the front desk guys were so helpful, and friendly making sure we had all our needs met . Thank you, I definitively recommend this place !"

"It’s central to El Salvador. You can get everywhere within and hour or so. The only down side was that they were doing construction on the level above my room, they did offer to move my room however it was almost my last day and it would’ve been a pain to move everything. "
"I had an amazing experience at Summit 503. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The apartment is modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with all the comforts of home — from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy, stylish furnishings. The balcony views are absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset.
The location is perfect: safe, quiet, and conveniently close to great restaurants, shopping, and key attractions. It’s a great balance between being tucked away in a peaceful area yet only minutes from the heart of the city.
What truly stood out was the hospitality. Communication was easy, check-in was seamless, and every detail was handled with care to make my stay comfortable. I felt welcome and well taken care of the entire time.
I highly recommend Summit 503 for anyone visiting El Salvador — whether for business or leisure. It’s the kind of place that makes you look forward to coming back!"
"The apartment is very clean and comfortable, the host is very communicative. We really appreciated having a sofa to use, as well as the good quality AC, a small kitchen area and a modern bathroom. I really appreciated that most basic toiletries were provided.
The area is a little way from the main downtown area, which could be a little challenging when dealing with the horrendous traffic in San Salvador (it took us an hour to travel 3 miles in an Uber, which seems to be common). However, there are lots of shops and amenities within walking distance, so it’s not always necessary to travel very far.
It should be noted that the apartment seems to be an extension of a main family home - so even though you have your own private space, it is sometimes possible to hear noises and voices coming from within the building. That said, it did not disturb us too much.
My only suggestions for improvement would be perhaps the host could install some kind of floor lamp to make the area even more cosy and relaxing. Also, the rainfall shower doesn’t really work as it should and we had an issue with the TV glitching that I am sure the host will resolve."
