Sleeps 8: With spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds, our home can accommodate up to 8 guests, perfect for family vacations or getaways with friends.
- Bedroom 1: Rest easy in a comfy Queen bed.
- Bedroom 2: Features a Queen bed and a fun bunk bed for extra sleeping space.
- Living Area: Unwind on the pull-out couch, which transforms into a Queen-sized bed.

ADDITIONAL INFO:

We welcome guests of all backgrounds! However, due to prior experiences, we have a few requirements:
- Only verified users with positive reviews from other hosts.
- Renters must be 21 years or older.
- No pets allowed.
- Maximum of 8 guests per reservation. No extra guests, please! If you need more space, check out our other listings, Midnight Moon and Peacock Palace, to accommodate up to 24 people total.
- No events, gatherings, or parties allowed. We value our relationship with our neighbors and are firm on these rules to maintain the unit in excellent condition.

Please Note:
- The unit is not baby-proofed.
- The neighboring unit may also be rented, so there may be some noise from other guests.
- The two bedrooms and a full bathroom are upstairs. There is a half bath and sleeper sofa on the first floor, but access might be challenging for guests with accessibility requirements.

Check-in Info:
- Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions and a key code on the morning of their arrival.
- Lake Charles is on Central Standard Time (CST). Check-in is between 4-9 PM; please be mindful of noise levels if arriving late. Check-out is by 10 AM.
