"The property was clean but I was appalled at the lack of provision, particularly when it came to basic personal hygiene. There were no hand basins near the toilets. In addition, the hand sanitiser provided wasn’t working. Staff were initially dismissive. There was a handbasin the the room but not soap provided. Also no feminine hygiene bins. Would recommend against staying here. "

"It’s a decent hotel residence about 30 mins away from Annecy. Quiet and safe. The biggest advantage is working air conditioning in the summer because it gets hot and you need it. Staff is very accommodating as well. Underground parking is good but tight spaces make it a bit difficult to park. Breakfast options are average (good thing is you at least get boiled eggs). Price is a little on the higher side which we felt is not justified. "

"Petit hôtel proche de la gare et du centre-ville. Ma chambre (bleue) ressemblait à une petite chambre d'un hôtel de plage de Méditerranée. Sympa. Pas de petit-déjeuner car trop tard pour moi (7h30). Chambre calme et propre. Accès à pied au centre en 5 minutes."

"A beautifully maintained property sitting slightly above the main area (6 min walk downhill, 10 min walk uphill). Staff are friendly and professional. Dining room is lovely. The only problem during a hot summer is that there are no room air conditioners, only ceiling fans. Room 60 is the only room without a shower (bathtub only). I would stay again during a cooler period"
