"Staff was very nice and metro station was next to the property, commuting and access to public transport was easy.
The on-site restaurant was open all night, helped a lot.
Overall, it was a good experience. "
"The staff were very welcoming and happy to help with our queries. The hostel is in a nice location just a few minutes from Saket Metro station so easy to reach from the airport and to get around the city. Our room was spacious but I’d bring earplugs and an eye mask to block out the street noise and light in the morning. The common area on the rooftop was great and we enjoyed a nice meal with the staff and other guests here."

"Liked that the kitchen was able to prepare food as per my needs. The front desk was very cordial, he checked on my calling a few times about my expected check in time.
However, the room condition was terrible. 1. The bed cover was filthy with stains all over
2. Fridge was smelling bad.
3. AC vent was smelling

"I have always found my visits over the years to the Eros Hotel in Delhi, first class in service, cleanliness, food and always get a good nights sleep.
