Wunderschönes Landhaus in den toskanischen Hügeln. Alles so wie beschrieben, wie auf den Bilder gezeigt. Tolle Aussicht. Leckere selbstgemachte Pizza aus dem Pizzaofen. Die Ausstattung könnte etwas wiederholt werden. Vermieter vor Ort und hat sich direkt um alles gekümmert. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Prachtig huis, mooie omgeving. Het huis was erg schoon, de eigenaar bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Je moet wel even rijden voordat je bij wat grotere plaatsen bent, Volterra uitgezonderd, maar als dat geen probleem is, ideale uitvalsbasis. De inventaris omdat een fluitketel, dat is lang niet overal zo. In elke ruimte is airo, maar met de ramen 's avonds open doen koelt het binnen voldoende af. Mits het geen 39 graden is zoals toen wij er waren. Het zwembad heeft een mooi uitzicht, de jaccuzi is een aangename luxe.

Het is een fijn huis, met heel mooie, ruime slaapkamers. Wij zaten op de bovenverdieping aan de voorkant waar je de meeste privacy hebt. De woonkamer/annex keuken is vrij klein, de inventaris is voldoende (wat is dat toch in Italiaanse vakantiehuizen dat er nooit deksels bij de pannen zitten?). Wij hadden moeite met de pitten van het fornuis, maar dat leek aan ons te liggen (tip aan Riccardo om daar info over te geven). Maar dat zijn minor details. Riccardo is een prettige gastheer aan wie je alles kunt vragen, de omgeving is fantastisch. Vanuit het huis en het zwembad heb je een geweldig uitzicht. Wij vonden Lajatico (wel even rijden) ook leuk, en Volterra natuurlijk. Kortom, aanrader!

Aankomst: heel hartelijk ontvangen, locatie goed kunnen vinden Omgeving: prachtig Accomodatie: grotendeels smaakvol ingericht, ruim, wel wat achterstallig onderhoud! Gastel werkte maar voor de helft, douchekop was kapot en de bodem van de wasbak in de keuken viel eruit! Alles wel heel snel opgelost!

We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Riccardo. De accommodatie is super rustig gelegen in een prachtige setting. De WiFi haperde soms wel. Als tip voor de eigenaar wat toeristische info over de bezienswaardigheden in de streek zou welkom zijn. We overwegen zeker om nog eens terug te keren.

Het huis is mooi en rustig gelegen tussen de toscaanse heuvels en wijnbergen. Er is een mooi zwembad met mooie ligzetels. Tussen de bomen hebben de kinderen te spelen. Ook is er een jacuzzi. Het is een mooi herenhuis uit de 19de eeuw. Alles is aanwezig om te koken (gas). Een koffie- en afwasmachine zijn er ook. Super douche. Grote slaapkamers. Natuurlijk heb ik ook een paar kleine minpunten: die matrassen zijn niet meer van deze tijd (veren) en zijn aan vervanging toe, de tv is zeer klein(bij slecht weer/koude nachten) en een paar haakjes voor de handdoeken in de badkamers. Nu niet denken dat dit het belangrijkste is. De natuur, de wondermooie uitzichten en de Italiaanse wijn zijn veel belangrijker. Natuurlijk zijn er ook de mooie plaatsen om te bezoeken. Weet wel, je moet veel rijden, zonder auto kan je hier niets. Toch was het een zeer mooie vakantie. De weergod kon het wel iets warmer gemaakt hebben.

Je komt aan in een omgeving die echt fantastisch te noemen is. De ontvangst naar het huis gaat over een mooie oprijlaan. Daar staat een zeer mooi huis met tuin, zwembad en jacuzzi. De eigenaar van het huis is zeer warm en vriendelijk!. De eigenaar verteld over de omgeving en wat er allemaal te doen is. De eigenaar staat altijd voor je klaar, fantastische man!. Je krijgt echt een fantastische mooie vakantie op dit landgoed!!!!.

Geweldige plek om tot rust te komen. Wij waren hier met ons gezin in een appartement op de bovenverdieping. Het enige minpunt waa dat op de vide de temperatuur hoognwas. Er was wel een ventilator (maakt veel herrie tijdens de nacht) De aanwezige airco kon de ruimte boven niet goed afkoelen. Voor de rest alleen maar lof. Ik kan deze plek iedereen aanraden.

Alles war so wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Die Klimaanlage war Gold wert um die Nächte kühl zu halten. Der Pool war angenehm gross zum richtig planschen und spielen. Hier werden wir wieder einmal Ferien verbringen.

Zeer verzorgde accommodatie. Engels sprekende eigenaar die zelf de ontvangst regelt. Veel ruimte, prachtig uitzicht, van alle gemakken voorzien. De accommodatie ligt wat afgelegen, maar leuke authentieke dorpjes op 15-30 minuten.

We hebben een prima week doorgebracht in Podere S. Francesco. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien met een mooie ruime tuin en dito zwembad. Er is een prachtige BBQ-hoek waar je ook gelijk aan tafel kan schuiven. En dat alles te midden van de wijngaarden van de eigenaar.
