It was well located for us to get to all the different activities La Fortuna had to offer, with the reception staff incredibly helpful with booking the different things to do. The room was nicely furnished and comfortable and when we had an issue with one of the doors, it was promptly sorted. You also got to see lots of wildlife, which was another bonus. The pool was also lovely along with the pool table area etc. The restaurant was nice, though admittedly it sometimes felt like the kitchen prioritised the look of the food over the taste of it and for the price we would've expected slightly more here. Otherwise a great hotel."
