"This hotel was built in 2019 so features and property are still in tip top shape. There are several pools that can get crowded by 10 am (people claim their spots by 9am). Bring your pool gear before heading to breakfast and you’re good. The pools can get a bit icky and warm by noon on hot and humid days so enjoy the pools before noon. The restaurants are solid, but nothing too fancy. We enjoyed Bocados, the steak house, the most. "

"We had an amazing trip and will be back. All of our butlers were spot on and were available to help when needed. In fact, I reached out about a month after checkout to ask a question on one of the drinks by the pool and Juan Carlos tracked it down for us. Really appreciated! Our room was super clean and had everything you could ask for. Check in was smooth. The welcome drinks, towels, and heated neck were a nice touch. Every bar served amazing drinks! Everything they made was spot on. Best drinks I've ever had at an all-inclusive. This included poolside to the nightly bars/lounges. The speciality cocktail carts were excellent! The coffee bar was great to have and we visited daily. It was a great place for our group to start the morning before moving to breakfast. The food is the area that could use improvement. The service was excellent everynehere was great. It was the food quality. The French restaurant had a lot of hype prior to us arriving and was by far the worst restaurant and the only place I regret eating at. The others were just fine. Nothing great and nothing terrible. The middle eastern restaurant was our favorite. I will say the lunch options are great! Poolside tacos and pizza we're really good. We did the included spa circuit most days and it's a great included service. My wife' enjoyed her spa treatment. Similar to the rest of the resort, the service at the spa was great. Last and most important, Julia's daily energy by the pool was our highlight!"

"Our stay at Secrets Puerto Los Cabos was truly magical. Upgrading to the Preferred Club was 100% worth it for the added luxury and exceptional service. The highlight of our trip? My fiancé proposed during our stay, and the staff went above and beyond to make the moment perfect. They worked with him behind the scenes, handling every detail with care and love. We felt incredibly special, and it’s a memory we’ll treasure forever. The food was outstanding—every meal was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. We especially loved the variety of restaurants and the quality of both casual and fine dining. We also enjoyed the daily activities, from pool games and yoga to live music and tequila tastings. There was always something fun to do, which made the experience even more memorable. Huge thanks to Octavio, Carlos, and the rest of the amazing staff for making us feel so welcome.
