The Ramona House, sleeps 8, is a true modern gem across the street from the beach. 2 upstairs bedrooms sport kings size beds, plus upstairs family room with fireplace (3rd bedroom with queen sofa bed),with 2.5 bathrooms, new kitchen with great living space Family room with fireplace with deck and ocean view with large flat screen TV. Queen sofa bed in living room with powder room adjacent.

The house is 1,400 Sq. Ft with additional 600 Sq. Ft of outdoor deck/patio living space, including two connected upstairs ocean views off a main living area and master bedroom. Premium built in 2004, the house is soundproof and has wonderful sliding glass doors throughout. TV is all the rooms and wireless internet included. Parking for up to two cars on the property makes this a truly special house, as parking in Laguna can be a challenge.

Family Stay in Laguna Beach

Had a wonderful visit in this very nice, clean home with the beach across the street. We each had our own space to sleep and it was perfect for our family. In walking distance to so many restaurants and amenities. We would stay here again if the opportunity comes up in the future.

Great LB location!

We loved our stay at Lou’s VRBO home. It was perfect for our extended family ages 25 to 95. Conveniently located. We could walk to the beach and to restaurants. We would stay here again.

Laguna fun

Amazing location. Walking distance to main beach and all the amenities of Laguna (restaurants/ shops etc……) House was well stocked and there was plenty of room for my family (spouse and 4 kids). Would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again !

Laguna beach swim vacation

My friends and I had a beautiful week in Laguna beach. Due to the proximity of the house to Sleepy Hollow beach, we walked down to the beach and did 3 swims a day! Also it was amazing to be able to walk downtown and PCH for choices of restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques.

Fantastic location

Clean and well stocked rental with a fantastic location in Laguna (easily walkable to the beach and everything else). The host was very responsive and kindly showed our family around the property, pointing out where to find beach toys (our kids were with us) and where to go for various activities around town. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Laguna.

Another great stay!

Nothing beats the location! This is my family's 2nd time staying here, and everyone loves the quick walks down to the beach, stores and restaurants. The house has a bath as well as shower, which is perfect for young kids. Check in/out is easy and Lou is responsive if you need something. Looking forward to our next trip back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was so convenient to the beach and the Downtown area. The home was very clean. The beds were comfortable. There was a desk where one can work remotely. The kitchen was very well equipped. We would highly recommend this property and would come back if we’re ever in the area again.

Perfect Laguna Beach

We really enjoyed staying at this rental property. Lou, was great through all the process. It is this most cleanliness rental I have ever been too, everything was well stocked for our stay. The property is perfect and spacious for us and right across from the beach which we loved! Thank Lou, for a great experience we will be back again soon!!

Lou was an amazing host! Super responsive but respectful of our space. The house is great and close to the beach! We booked both of Lou’s properties which was great since they are right next to one another. I would easily stay with Lou again next time I’m in Laguna.

Holiday gathering in Laguna Beach

Our family is somewhat scattered and we don't often have the chance to all be together over the holidays. This year we were able to gather in Laguna Beach, California. The VRBO house we stayed in was perfect for us. It is close to the beach as well as to shopping and restaurants and was very comfortable for relaxing. The kitchen was well-equipped for the meals we cooked together. The owner is friendly and easy to communicate with. We would stay there again if we're ever back in the area.

Location, location, location!

We were in town for a wedding and this location was perfect for our family. Everything was spotless clean and instructions ample for various amenities to allow us to enjoy our stay. Lovely in Laguna

We had a wonderful stay at Lou’s property in Laguna. I will preface this review by saying we are very particular about cleanliness and always wipe down surfaces upon arrival at any rental. This was the cleanest vacation rental we have stayed in. The home was comfortable and everything was in good working order. We enjoyed walking on the beach and making discoveries in the tide pools at low tide. The location is great for shopping and dining. We highly recommend staying at this property.

Upgrades and location, location, location!

Wonderful beach house with lovely finishes and upgrades and, although, near all the the fun of Laguna, quiet and comfy with plenty of room for six family members to spread out or come together for meals and activities, both indoors and out. We'll be back!

Family time in Laguna

Family connected for some beach time and to celebrate 2 year old birthday. Laguna is one of our favorite places to connect and the house was perfect for our long weekend. The house has the perfect location for access to the beach, shopping, coffee and restaurants. Plus the place was large enough to simply hang out and watch football. We will definitely be back to Laguna and now we have a great house to come back to.

Surreal Laguna Weekend

The property lived up to the listing and offered amazing access to the best of the Laguna beachfront. The owners are prompt, professional, and prepared. The multiple balconies and patios make for excellent private escapes from the indoors. And, the interior space offers flexibility with eight adults. We highly recommend this property for those looking to spend a weekend out-and-about as well as laying low in comfort.

In the Heart of Laguna

We stayed here for my son’s Laguna wedding. The owner Lou was very accommodating and let us check in a little early which was very helpful with all the pre wedding stuff happening! The condo was very clean and comfortable. We did not do much cooking but the kitchen was well stocked. My sister-in-law rented the adjacent condo which shares the courtyard and that made the family events even more fun. The condo is a block up from PCH so lively/noisy but great for walkability and convenience!

Great location and nice property

We were in town for a family wedding and this property was in a great location, close to everything in downtown Laguna. There were abundant supplies of kitchen stuff and towels. The host provided a wonderful list of where to eat and to hang out. The only drawback was that it is very close to Pacific Coast Highway so it is noisy. However, we do not like to use air conditioning so we had the windows open all the time. I am sure if one closed the windows and put the air conditioning on, it would be more quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.
