Modern Beach Cottage in the heart of the Hip District, 1800 ft. from the sand!

Early Summer discount until July 15th!!! We are flexible with dates. Vaulted ceilings, mixed with skylights & windows provide copious amounts of natural light throughout the home. Recently renovated kitchen features Dekton countertops, Mamarra marble island, Bertazzoni stove along with Fisher Paykel appliances. Remodeled bathrooms include boutique fixtures throughout. Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom. Guest bedroom has pullout sofa, and offers alternative option with bed in loft. Outdoor shower is on side of house to provide post beach day rinse. Courtyard is perfect for BBQ's & rooftop deck has ocean views. (Sand is only 1800 ft away)
