Remodeled down to the studs in 2016 and expanded in 2025, the home offers approximately 3,500 square feet, including a separate legal one-bedroom studio casita with its own kitchen, laundry, and bath.
Designed in a Transitional Beach Craftsman style, the home features open living spaces, 180-degree ocean views, beamed ceilings, Viking and Sub-Zero appliances, marble countertops, custom cabinetry, and ocean-facing terraces. Each bedroom includes an en-suite bath, and the primary suite offers panoramic views, a fireplace, walk-in closet, and spa-inspired bath.
