Amazing location! Great place with lots of linens, toys for the beach, and all your kitchen gadgets needs. Showers are tiny and gust bath shower is short. My 6 foot son could not shower in it. A few some stains and general wear and tear but other than that, a great place with amazing location.

Village Gallery

Had a wonderful stay in the perfect location in Laguna Beach! We sat on the balcony and just watched the world go by. We could walk to three restaurants within 75 feet!! It was a quirky place but so enjoyable.

Location is the selling point of this property. The parking was a plus and the gallery receptionist was wonderful. The property itself needs a remodel/update and a good deep cleaning. Many many health issues should be addressed such as: mildew in the showers, grease and food build up in the kitchen walls/utensils/appliances/cabinets, black soot on the air registers, poor mattresses, and crunchy carpet. The VRBO pictures do not accurately depict the quality of the property. We strongly feel the value we received was not reflected in the property as it was a total over charge.

Awesome location. Clean. Only drawbacks are tiny tiny showers and the front bedroom a little noisey w traffic. But would stay again.

Great location and large space

Very convienent location, walking distance to lots of restaurants and beaches. Several beach toys, chairs available. Rooms are very good sized with a living room as well, lots of space. I'd go back.

Great location!

It is all about location, location, location. We rarely needed our car as we were able to enjoy, shopping, wonderful restaurants and the beach access directly across the street. The ONLY disappointment was the extremely small shower in the master bath and the second bedroom did not have a dresser or a useable closet.

Great Laguna Beach location

Myself and my family have either lived and/or vacationed in Laguna Beach for over 50 years. We no longer live or own in Laguna but have been renting now for many years. I would say based on the location and the accomodations, this is the best rental we have stayed at in Laguna Beach, for ALL the reasons you would consider in looking at places to rent in Laguna Beach. We plan to rent back here every year from now on in the future.

Location, Location, Location

This condo was right in the middle of Laguna Beach. A perfect location. We could walk everywhere.....including the Pageant of the Masters Theater. The shower in the master bathroom was a little tight, but we just used the other shower and it worked out fine. The condo has a big living room that is perfect for gathering. Also, the beds were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this condo!!!!

Great Location!

The apt is in near the center of town. About a block from Main Beach and is on the Coast Hwy. From the balcony there is a view of the ocean. The kitchen is a good size and nicely outfitted. The bedrooms are ample. As previously stated the showers are extremely small (narrow) and the toilets are low. Also, there are fair amount of stairs since the apt is on the second floor. There is an art gallery below.

Great location!

Lovely upstairs unit in the most convenient location in Laguna Beach! The unit itself is a bit outdated but didn’t bother us at all and we really enjoyed our stay. The showers are tiny haha but it made for an interesting experience. The host is very accommodating and was quick to resolve a problem with the heater. We will definitely stay again next year!

Friends' Weekend Getaway

Overall, the apartment was comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay here. The showers were small and awkward and the curtains were dusty (or maybe old), but the beds were comfortable and the location was PERFECT. Street noise might be an issue for some in the room with the two beds, but the benefit is that you can park your car once and walk to everything you want. You need to be comfortable with stairs because it's a walk-up (and there is one step inside the apartment). However, because it's on the second floor, you have a partial view of the ocean from the living room. William, downstairs in the gallery, was very nice and helpful during check-in. We would recommend this place.

Spacious apartment and Short walk to everything

We loved the amount of space in all the rooms. The only space issue is the showers. They are extremely small. There is no room to move or dry off. But that was the only space issue. The description shows there is a coffee grinder, but there is not one there, so make sure to bring ground coffee. The street noise can get very loud if sitting on the balcony or leaving the window open. Other than those small things, we enjoyed our stay very much! It was great to take the chairs and umbrella to the beach, walk to restaurants and stores, and a great farmers market. Pamela was very courteous and responsive!

Spacious apartment

This unit is just a block away from Main beach and within walking distance to food stores,too. The lovely Wyland gallery is directly across the street. Also there is a view of the ocean out the front windows …enough to see spouts of whales and even if you’re very lucky, dolphins! There is a large step down within the apartment that separates the front living space and guest bedroom/ bathroom from the rest of the area. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals. There is a gas stove, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, full refrigerator, toaster, and lots of counter space.. There are a variety of beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. including a very nice beach umbrella for your use. The 18 stairs to the apartment are steep but not too difficult with a sturdy railing.. Laguna Beach is a special place with much to explore!

Perfect location

My family and I have stayed here for many summers. Great location to walk to beach, shops or restaurants. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and the grocery stores are close by. The trolley runs during the summer months for free and our teenagers would use them to go to the beach or shopping. Enough space inside for a family to have room to spread out. So relaxing and enjoyable and this is why we return every year!
