Rooms were fine. However the Sheraton has a huge issue with their elevators. During our stay, the elevators broke down completely where no elevators were working. I heard a gentleman say he walked down 28 floors. Additionally, when you punch your floor # for an elevator, it should be limited to accepting 3 or 4 floors until it starts to assign to a new elevator.
