Recently built for the best in entertaining features: Fully equipped Kitchen and BBQ area, DW, Ice/Refer, Bath/change room, disposal, all enhanced by a Flat screen TV and sound system ( i-pod/phone ready)free Wi-Fi provided throughout. Area is fully landscaped and meticulously maintained. Upscale automatic lighting system and very comfortable day or night. Close to Shops, Restaurants, BART and Hwy.

All accommodations are fully upgraded, clean and modern in 'designer' terms. Plasma and Flat screens throughout (incl HDMI Poolside). Carpet, Tile and furnishings are designer quality. Ceiling fans and interior, upscale lighting with dimmer devices for intimate appeal.

I stay at this property at least once a year, and more often when I can. It is an oasis in a great town, with beautiful views from every room, and luxurious outdoor spaces that offer a beautiful pool, hot tub, fire pit and outdoor grill / bar / lounge. Amazing Trip

Our group really enjoyed this property. We were able to have a friends' reunion and found enough space to both spread out and be together. We found the place clean, quiet and just beautiful- particularly the view of the sunrise from the living room window! Chris was quick to respond and was really great to work with. Can't say enough good things about the property. Secluded and beautiful location and a house with a ton of amenities. We were surprised one room had a pair of twin beds but we made it work. Would definitely recommend, especially in the summer time.

An Oasis in the Hills

This beautiful property provided the perfect accommodations for a family retreat. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the scenic views. Chris was an awesome host and very responsive. He even gifted us with a bottle of wine made from the grapes that were grown on the property. Just minutes from downtown Lafayette with its shops and restaurants, I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Private Escape

My wife, our 11 year old daughter, my wifes parents, and I all stayed here during a recent visit to California. The home is beautiful, with amazing views, amd incredible outdoor space. Chris is a great host...very attentive and focused on ensuring guests have a good stay. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the Bay Area. 10 out of 10!

Little Italian Villa

This beautiful home is like a little Italian villa atop a vineyard. The house is well appointed, with an excellent kitchen and a grand master bedroom suite, a billiards table, and an audio system that plays throughout the house! The pool is super welcoming, and the party house with outdoor grill would work well for all sizes of gatherings (though our party was small).
