"Beautiful hotel. Stunning property. Friendly staff.
One important point to mention, if you have a nut allergy make sure to say no peanut oil as they use it in most dishes but can replace with olive oil. Also check all dishes, as I found that even some not indicated with “N”, when asked do contain nuts.. even the spaghetti bolognese. "

"This was the best hotel that we booked in our whole China trip. The rooms have good enough space with quality self-care products and the view from our room was amazing. The best thing about this hotel is the variety of items in the breakfast buffet. The hotel also provides a very reasonable tour to the great wall of china."

"Great location, the bed is very comfortable and all the staff are very helpful and approachable. Particularly concierge services helped me a lot (received the post for me before I arrived and ordered the taxi for cash payment since they worried I didn't have Alipay.) This will be my priority choice when I stay in Beijing again. "

"When asked about a local number to put on meituan the concierge did offer his personal number. It’s above and beyond, aside from that the staff at the counter greeted us warmly and made us feel very welcomed. The porch was grand, and so was the hotel lobby. Room was nice although the carpet was a little dirty. After visiting Conrad in Shanghai I do feel this is a much better hotel to be staying at! Thanks Conrad Beijing! Highly recommend! "
"The staff is very helpful with westerners. The guy at the front desk happily helped me navigate some stuff in Beijing.
The neighborhood is nice, especially if you need to get to an embassy. There's a cool outdoor eating area a few blocks away that's worth checking out. It's about a 1/4 mile walk to a subway station, which is nice.
The hotel, however, is old and not well updated. The lights in the room kept blinking on and off and the TV is very dated. I tried to get it fixed but nobody came."
"This hotel mandates 15% of surcharge on top of Expedia order confirmed price at check in. There is nowhere mentioned 15% of surcharge on Expedia order. There is no ventilation fan in the bathroom so the hotel room is very humid. I would not recommend this hotel.
