Belle location de vacances avec un espace de vie trÚs bien aménagé et contemporain tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Idéalement située ( à proximité des plages, des commerces, et accÚs directs pour visiter Lacanau et la région). L'extension avec la véranda est un vrai avantage. La chambre double était grande et la literie confortable.

trÚs beau logement prévoir cocotte minute et faitout adaptée à la plaque de cuisson induction .

Maison idĂ©ale pour famille avec 2 enfants. Elle est assez spacieuse pour 4 et la dĂ©co est rĂ©ussie. Elle est situĂ©e au calme au milieu de la pinĂšde. Et nous avons tout fait Ă  vĂ©lo (plage, balades, ptits commerces, ...) La piscine de la rĂ©sidence a eu beaucoup de succĂšs auprĂšs de nos enfants. Alors pourquoi pas 5 Ă©toiles ? Car nous avons trouvĂ© que les prestations de l'agence de location ne sont vraiment pas au niveau attendu d'une jolie location comme celle-ci: - ProblĂšme de serrure dĂšs notre arrivĂ©e qui n'a jamais Ă©tĂ© rĂ©solu. En guise de sĂ©curitĂ©, il fallait bidouiller un loquet sur la porte fenetre et ce uniquement depuis l'exterieur... - Le linge louĂ© auprĂšs de l'agence est du bas de gamme de chez "Elis". Pour 90€ par semaine, ça ne les vaut pas du tout. Si vous pouvez, amenez votre linge. - L'heure de dĂ©part Ă©tait de 9h, un peu tot pour nous (on a toujours vu 10h ailleurs). Surtout que ceux qui ne payent pas le mĂ©nage peuvent eux partir Ă  10h. Allez comprendre, quand on prend le mĂ©nage, on paye plus cher, mais on doit partir plus tot... - La maison Ă©tait vide de tout (Epices, Condiments de base, PQ, sopalin, sacs poubelle, savon, liquide vaisselle). Ca fait trĂšs mesquin. Le pompon Ă©tant le "kit de bienvenue", fourni par l'agence, qui Ă©tait complement risible... - A noter Ă©galement que nous n'avons jamais fait le tour de la maison avec un membre de l'agence que ça soit Ă  l'arrivĂ©e ou au dĂ©part. Je ne vois donc pas sur quelle base ils pourraient Ă©ventuellement faire une retenue sur caution. Heureusement donc que nous n'avons eu aucun souci. En rĂ©sumĂ©: - Maison: Top - Prestations de l'agence: Pas au niveau.

Le logement est trĂšs bien placĂ© au milieu des pins, Ă  quelques minutes Ă  vĂ©lo de la plage. Quoique un peu petit pour 4 adultes... Selon moi, la propretĂ© des lieux peut ĂȘtre amĂ©liorĂ©e mais nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour.
