Beachfront residence "Ortal". Renovated apartment, 31m², for reception of four people maximum located in lively area close to restaurants and shops. The main room with kitchenette, serves as living and dining area, it overlooks a balcony, equipped with garden furniture, offering a beautiful ocean view. The room is equipped with a double bed. A second sleeping area, separated from the main room by a curtain, includes bunk beds (2 individual beds 80cmx2 not recommended for children under 6 years). The sanitary facilities include a shower, washbasin and separate toilet. The basement box has small dimensions L=4.94m x l=2.13m x H=1.86m (not suitable for all vehicles). Your pet is welcome. Reach the beach, shops, restaurants and glaciers at 30m, the golf at 3km and the lake at 6km (REF 01381)ANCV holiday vouchers accepted
