"I liked the property it’s a beautiful location, the amenities are nice. The only thing is that their sauna wasn’t working, which actually removes a little bit of the pressure of using a de spa area. The pool wasn’t super clean when I tried to use it and finally they have sensors in the bedrooms that are actually super extra sensitive a water sensor placed next to the bathtub which created a very annoying experience for me and then when I called the Reception, she just told me that I needed to dry it instead of sending me I’ll send a Maintenance immediately. She was actually a bit irritated that I asked her to send the Maintenance in her mind. I should dry with my own towels and actually use the hair blower to dry the sensor which I found a little bit rude because I am a customer and it was my last day and all I needed was to relax and leave on a good note. Finally, the maintenance guy came and he told me that the placement of these sensors is not logical. He moved it, but it was after the fact I was hearing beeping for at least like half an hour."

"Toothbrush and toothpaste is not provided inside the room. But they can give you if ask at the front desk. And no hairdryer, what happen in the cold season go out with a wet hair???. But all is ok only those three is important I think so."
