Had an amazing 2 story room. Location was great! I have stayed in this area before but not in this hotel. My room although amazing was 2 hours late after check in time. The front desk staff is not very well trained in customer service and are very slow. All they say is we are trying to do the best we can and we are low on staff. Otherwise the property is very good and excellent location.

It’s really good place if you are in for skiing or visiting the village. The place is located inside the village and everything is accessible by five minutes walk. Also, the staff is really polite and helpful.

Front desk (Patti) was so lovely. Hotel amenities were great (sauna, hot tub, kitchenette). The hotel is literally at the foot of the mountain. We would come off the hill, walk 200 steps to the hotel and come back to the hotel for a quick lunch. Included breakfast was good too - much more than your typical cereal continental breakfast. Only complaint was that we came back to the room after skiing at 4pm and housekeeping was still there so we had to wait outside of our room with our ski gear on for 15 mins.
