"Great location near Monteverde—close to hiking and nature, yet peaceful and private. One morning we even spotted green parrots from the back of the home, which was a lovely surprise. "The house was located so close to town so it was easy to get to dining and shopping. Some excursions were a little drive but would have been for the local resorts also. I wish we had taken an opportunity to eat at the host house, sounded like everything was delicious there, but we didn’t have the time. We loved walking the property every night to hunt for frogs!"
