In La Tranche sur Mer, holiday home located 600m from the town centre and 1km from the main beach. Accommodation for 6 people, comprising on the ground floor, a fitted kitchen open to the living room, a toilet. A summer kitchen with bay window opening onto the terrace with awning and garden furniture. Upstairs (steep staircase) 2 bedrooms, the first with a 140cm bed and the second with a bunk bed (140cm and 160cm), a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
EQUIPMENT: television, wifi, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, garden furniture, plancha, toaster, kettle, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, vacuum cleaner, sun loungers, crockery and cutlery...
LOCATION: approximately 600m from the town centre for all shops and 1000m from the main beach. The end of stay cleaning is to be done by the tenant. Cleaning option on reservation 70 euros. Sheets and household linen not provided, paid option on reservation. Provide proof of civil liability insurance with the holiday clause. Holiday vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption extra out of season.
